Revelation

My testimony is in much more detail but i will try to tell it in the best way possible! I am 22 years old. My name is Jacques and i am from South-Africa.
My it all started 8 years ago when my father passed away and he was very dear to me! I turned to the wrong friends when i lost him because i was looking for piece of mind and comfort.
With wrong friends came late nights, partying, drinking and clubbing. I was then at the age of 16 snorting cocaine and smoking marijuana to fit in with the crowd.
Before i knew it all was out of control and i was in big trouble. I was a full blown crack addict, I could not go a day without alcohol and crack cocaine!
My life was spiraling out of control and things were bad. My family had written me off due to a robbery charge and being locked up.
I attended a criminal rehab which didn't work and at the age of 18 ended up in jail for the 2nd time for hijacking and theft. The judge had let me go on the fact that the evidence was insufficient and because i had no lawyer to defend me.
At 19 all broke loose when i stole a friends car and was on the run from the police. The only place i could go was to my Mother who i then admitted to that i had a big problem with drug abuse.
The drugs had also taken what it wanted from me and my health was deteriorating! I was sleeping around and would pay whores to have intercourse with me while on my sprees.
My Mom in a desperate attempt to try to help me sent me to rehab and the rehab was a place called family outreach ministries which is in the Karoo, just before Cape-Town in South Africa.
I was introduced to the Lord and for the first time in my life felt at piece, there was no dark space or a longing for something more.
The Lord Jesus healed me, Saved me from the bondage and the chains of addiction!
I have been clean 2 years now and have never been more happy in my life. My Lord and Savior has been great and i thank him each day for what he has done for me!
I have had not a single craving or even the slightest taste for drugs or alcohol. I do believe that to all addicts out there who are told that addiction will be something they will have to live with for the rest of their lives.
Well i do believe that it is a lie right from the mouth of satan.
God is amazing and nothing is impossible through Christ who strengthens us.
I pray that God works wonders in your lives tonight, I pray that He truly blesses and release all those who are struggling in the fight of addiction.
In Jesus name i pray that God will reveal himself to you and that the flakes from your eyes will be removed and that you will see that the only way is through Jesus, Our father, Our Lord and Savior! AMEN and AMEN
