The End Of limiting beliefs.

Welcome back,

Today we continue with our discussions on beliefs.

Yesterday we briefly covered limiting beliefs & how they affect your life.

Yesterday I told you to :

Listen to yourself SPEAK ----- AND --- listen to yourself THINK

When you catch yourself thinking or speaking a limiting belief --- STOP!

Rephrase what you were saying or thinking into something positive and move on.

Starting today I want you to do the following exercise to help you overcome any limiting beliefs that you may still have.

NOTEyou will need a small pocket notebook & a pen.


When you catch yourself thinking or speaking a limiting belief,

I want you to stop & write it down in your notebook as follows:

1. IN the left hand page Write it down & put a big X thru it.

2. IN the right hand page ----write an empowering belief.

You might be wondering why you need to do this exercise?----


1. You need to be aware of when a limiting belief enters your thoughts or your speech.

2. You have to stop it dead in its tracks!!

Remember that changes need to be made --- You have to be focused.

It takes a bit of work – but you can do it.

What You Focus On, Affects Your Belief

Welcome back,

We continue with our topic for this week on beliefs.

Let’s summarize what we have covered so far:

1. Sunday - Believe & make yourself happy.

2. Monday - It’s a Question of Your Belief.

3. Tuesday - Limiting Beliefs - What are They?

4. Wednesday - The End of Limiting Beliefs.

So how did you do yesterday?

Did you apply the lessons that you have learned or are you half-stepping?

If you are one of those that is applying what you are learning --

- keep up the good work — steady does it.

On the other hand if you are not applying the lessons — then we need to talk.

Nobody else can do this for you ---- we talked about changing old habits & your focus.

Go back and reread the blogs from Sunday on. Don’t put it off or give up you can do it.

How do I know --- because thousands just like you & I have succeeded.

Today I want to reemphasize the importance of guarding what you FOCUS ON.

**Your focus will determine your “state of being” — in other words – how you feel.

AND — how you feel will determine how you see your day. **

This is the KEY for those of you who are still not sure

Stop focusing on reasons why you can’t --------- focus on what you can do.

That is your start.

A picture is worth a thousand words — so

Stay with the plan – BELIEVE — and you too will have better days.

It's Not Easy, BUT It's Doable

Welcome back,

Well it’s Friday, and for most people it’s the end of the work week.

But for those of you who are seeking to make improvements in your life — the journey continues.

We have spent the whole week discussing beliefs.

One of the most important points that I have made is that our focus has a tremendous influence on our

beliefs & thus on what action we take or fail to take.

Yesterday I reminded you to stay committed to the changes you know you need to make in order to break the cycle of your limiting beliefs.

Keep moving towards your goals, feed your motivation.

You will notice that as time goes by AND you continue to apply what you have learned ----- you will start to feel empowered.

Why is this?

Because your focus has changed to all the possibilities that await you.

NOTE -- we have all heard the saying - “misery loves company” ------

look around & listen to some of the people you come in contact

with listen to how they express what they feel.

You now know what to look for ---- are they expressing a limiting belief?

Are they bitter & using words to express that bitterness — over & over?

Those are not the people you want to have lunch with.

Find people that are upbeat — positive — happy --- motivated — people who have goals.

That’s your new direction.

You Are Never Alone

Welcome back,

Today I want to talk to those of you who are feeling sad - alone - feeling depressed — or whose heart is aching.

I understand the pain and the feeling of hopelessness that can sometimes engulf us when we lose someone we love.

I can tell you that it's ok to cry. We need to release the pressure that builds up inside of us.

It's ok for your heart to ache, and it's ok to reach out to others for condolences.

If however, you feel all alone & think that no one cares ---- you are wrong.

There are a lot of us who have experienced what you are now experiencing and care.

But more importantly, there is a higher power that understands you & your pain.

When nothing on earth can heal your hurt, when no one on earth can understand your pain ---

- then turn your eyes upwards – because God understands.

Close your eyes and let him carry you thru your storm.

Always remember that you are not never alone --– if you chose to believe.

Don't Worry -- Be Happy

Welcome back,

Let’s start the week with an upbeat note, let's pump up that motivation.

Make it a habit to wake up happy.

Put a smile on your face & say today will be a good day.

Then make it so — no matter what.

Make it a habit to smile

How you ask?

Easy — keep your focus on all that is good.

There is plenty around—just take the time to notice.

Here’s a little tune that is easy to remember

When you hit a little bump in the road just recall this tune in your mind & smile.

It is hard to be sad if you have a smile on your face.

There is an old law of physics that states: “An object in motion will tend to stay in motion”

I believe this also applies to our “states of being” in other words people who are “upbeat & happy” tend to stay that way.

Sure they will have their moments — but — then they manage to redirect their focus and stay positive.

You can do it too — keep practicing.

Let’s Spread Some Sunshine

Welcome back,

Hope that you have a smile on your face. If not, then put one there.

Let’s get in the habit of smiling.

When someone asks you why you’re smiling --- tell them — because I’m changing my life.

Then go on and talk about all the positive changes taking place in your life.

------ NEGATIVE PEOPLE ------

If the other person brings up a negative topic here is what you need to do.

1. Change the subject by asking them --- How do you plan on changing your situation --- what is it you really want?

NOTE - in a nutshell — there are two types of people in the world — optimists & pessimists.

Your goal should always be to be in the company of optimists.

But since this is the real world and sometimes you will be surrounded by pessimists.

You need to stay on your toes — steer the conversation towards positive subjects &

if you can’t ---- than excuse yourself & try to break contact.

Granted this may not always be easy to do — but — if you practice — it will get easier.

NOTE—You have to protect what goes into your mind —

remember that your thoughts create your (mood) or “state of being” —-

DON’T let negative people’s comments get a foothold in your mind.

Once again I want to remind you of the importance of filling your mind with positive things.

That’s why I am such a big proponent or reading.

I have selected a variety of books that will motivate & inspire you ,just click here & go to our store

If you don’t have the money to purchase a book – go to your local library —look in the section motivation or “personal growth” — or just ask the Librarian to assist you.

Get a book that you can carry with you & that is easy to read — I find that these are the most rewarding.

The process for change that I have outline for you over the past few weeks -- for reaching your goal -- is broken up into small steps.

Follow these small steps & you will reach your goals. Listen & enjoy

Welcome back,

Today is another beautiful day, just like all your other days — if you look for the sunshine.

Got that smile on your face? — Good —

Remember — practice your smile –every morning when you wake up. Before you know it -- IT will become a habit.

And what will other people say to you when they see your smile?

[Hint — What are you so happy about?] ---- Right again —

That’s your opportunity to start a positive — upbeat conversation as to why you are smiling.

***You see when you get into the habit of being happy --- things just go better.

Here is another benefit***

When you SPREAD your sunshine — you get the opportunity to make others feel better.

And the cycle continues — because when we help others ----- it makes us feel good.

Be a Beacon Of Light

Welcome back,

I hope that you have had some positive experiences by sharing your smile.

You see — a smile on your face instantly transforms you into a

beacon of light ---people will naturally be attracted to you.

It is an intrinsic part of human nature to seek the light --- and it gives YOU — the opportunity to share something positive with others.

I keep repeating this point – because it is so important ---

by sharing our blessings --- we bless others.

– And — by blessing others --- it makes us feel good

You will start to notice a sense of satisfaction & well -

being when you are able to give something of value to someone else.

I hope that you have noticed a shift in our thinking & hence our goals.

It is not only about helping ourselves [and thus reaching our goals]

it is also about sharing our newfound “state of being” – our happiness with others.

We are sharing our sunshine & feeling good about it.
